LaToya Fowler, M.Ed

LaToya brings over ten years of experience in real estate, excellent customer service a commitment to work hard, listen and execute. More importantly, LaToya, takes pride in building relationships while instilling effective communication. In the latter part of her real estate career, LaToya, acted as the "Team Leader" for "The LaToya Fowler Team". With the encouragement of her realtors and clientele, she elevated her position within the real estate industry to, Broker and Owner.

Becoming the Broker of Fowler and Co Realty in 2023 further proved LaToya's outstanding leadership skills. Covering three states (PA, MD & DE) isn't easy. Adding realtors within each state definitely added another layer. However, with grace, patience and perfection, she instills her beliefs into every real estate professional under the brokerage. LaToya often challenges her realtors with critical thinking activities. Her teaching methods are shared within and outside of the classroom. Her realtors are often educated on the major systems and functions of a property in person. According to LaToya, "The old way of owning and operating a brokerage is far gone. A brokers realtors are only as strong as the broker is!!"

LaToya's vision for Fowler and Co Realty are to expand with grace and integrity. She strongly believes that her business plan will change the way real estate is conducted across the industry.

Tiana Newman, M.Ed,

Short Sale Specialist

Tiana Newman spent her early life in Walterboro, South Carolina. After moving to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the early 2000s, she resided in West Philadelphia. Tiana was educated within the Philadelphia School District. This is where Tiana discovered her passion for facilitating learning within her community. Tiana is a proud graduate of Temple University, with a Bachelor of Science in Middle Grades Education. Tiana is a dedicated teacher in Philadelphia, teaching English Language Arts.

Ruqayyah Rashad, M.Ed

Ruqayyah Rashad is an Alumni of both Temple and Lincoln University, and life long resident of Philadelphia County. Ruqayyah presently serves as an Academic Director in a Philadelphia Charter School. With a background in elementary education and academic leadership, she decided to make her transition into the Real Estate industry two years ago. Since that time, her clients have enjoyed the process of working with her and respected her methodology of educating them step-by-step. Ruqayyah takes pride in providing quality and professional services. Her future goals are to enhance the real estate portfolio of others and herself. Tanisha Heath, Pennsylvania Realtor®

Tanisha's high level of professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to always placing her clients' needs first, is what contributed to her success as a Realtor. She studied Business Administration at Strayer University and later earned the position of a Property Manager. Shortly after, she obtained her Real Estate License.

Passionate about helping those within her community, Tanisha is known for assisting her neighbors with obtaining homeownership. From conducting "Frist Time Homebuyer" classes to assisting with street cleanings and Back-to-School giveaways, she's created a name for herself. Her community admires her: hard work, integrity, selflessness. When Tanisha isn't assisting with her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking weekend gateways.
