Real Estate became a passion for LaToya in 2013 when a family member lost their home to foreclosure. This experienced encouraged LaToya to become an educator and advocate for those in similar situations. Since then, LaToya assisted her clients in sales and investments of residential and commercial properties. In combination, her professional approach, strong problem solving techniques, negotiation skills and investment analysis were proven to be a great asset for her clients.

In addition to her various accomplishments in the Real Estate Market, LaToya brings close to ten years of leadership experience to the table. LaToya held various management positions within the Child Welfare system prior to her success as a Realtor. LaToya received her Masters of Education from Wilmington University. Prior to receiving her Masters Degree, she received her Bachelors of Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
